  • Delivery is made at a fixed price of $11
  • From $150 of purchase (before taxes), delivery will be included
  • From $100 of purchase (before taxes), use the code 5-OFF to obtain a reduction of $5

International, unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada yet

Shipping option

It is possible to retain the package if you wish so that you can combine several orders. Register RETAIN MY PARCEL in the special instructions for seller of your shopping cart. You will have to pay the delivery costs for this first order. Then for the following ones, select Combine with a previous order. To help us, please give us the numbers of your orders to combine and when you want your orders to be sent.

Tracking number

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track the delivery of your order

Order or address error

If you observe an error (products or address) when receiving confirmation of your order by email, let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct it. However, there is no guarantee that we can correct this error before dispatch and delivery and return costs may apply

Parcel not claimed, refused or whose address is incorrect

If a package is returned to us after it has been unclaimed, refused or because the address is incorrect, your purchase will be refunded after deduction of the initial delivery costs and return costs. The products will be put back on sale

Dissatisfaction and Return

If you are dissatisfied with the products or that there is a problem (breakage, order error...) upon receipt of your order, do not hesitate to contact us via the Shopify website, email (ywenacollections@gmail.com) or on the facebook page, we will try to find a solution together

Delivery costs upon purchase are not refundable

To be able to benefit from the reimbursement of a product which does not suit you or from an exchange, the costs of return and reshipment will be your responsibility and the product must be in its original state, that is to say unused and unwashed

For a product showing a defect, you have 14 days after purchase to let us know:

  • a refund will be made after return of the unused and unwashed item
  • a partial refund of the item will be made if you wish to keep it

Feminine hygiene items, reduced-price articles or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
